We realize that you'll have many questions about your dental needs and how we'll take care of them. To make your visit to Heng-Tsang Lee, DDS even smoother, we'll answer a couple of common questions for you.

Where can I find new patient forms?

You can download our new patient form right here.

Alternatively, you can choose to fill your forms out here at our office. If you choose to do so, please arrive 15 minutes early.

What will my first visit be like?

Upon arrival, you'll meet our staff. After submitting your new patient forms, we'll begin your dental treatment.

New patients often ask about getting their teeth cleaned on their first visit. As a new patient, we'll need to do a comprehensive exam, so that you can get custom dental care. After your exam, we'll schedule your dental hygienist appointment.

Okay…I love him. It’s weird because my parents can’t believe it. I HATE dentists. I use to cry…a lot!!!! Thanks to Dr. Lee, I don’t cry. He’s technical, logical and understands my emotions. More importantly, he understands why a trip to the dentist is scary and now, my kids love seeing him. His staff is amazing. My husband can’t imagine going to anyone else.
